Ms. Amanda Morejon is an associate attorney with Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP, a nationwide law firm representing both Fortune 100 corporations and small businesses since 2015.
Representing employers in a wide variety of employment law, Ms. Morejon counsels and guides employers in actions brought under state and federal laws. Advising on a wide range of clients, Amanda educates clients on practical management, employer issues including legal hiring and permanent separation, disability, leave issues, employment policies and practices, the importance of documentation and the prevention of costly litigation.
Ms. Morejon has recently been recognized by "The Best Lawyers in America" ® "Ones to Watch" for Labor and Employment Law, Management and Litigation - Labor and Employment for 2024 and 2025.
Mr. Eric Kessel is the VP of Business Development for Data Tech, a Tampa Bay-based company specializing in IT Managed Services, Data and Cyber Security, and Business Continuity. With a 50-strong team dedicated to serving businesses throughout Florida for the past 29 years, Data Tech has made it their mission to help business in all areas of their technology needs, so those business can focus on growth and taking care of their customers. Eric joined Data Tech in the beginning of 2023. One of his greatest passions is educating everyone on the importance of Cybesecurity because you are never too small to get hacked, you are just too small to make the news.
