Lara Caruso, owner of Next Level Leadership Consultants, is an
accomplished executive that eliminates micro-management to
allow team members to grow beyond their comfort zone. She
helps create environments that allow mistakes to lead to process
improvements. Lara is successful at helping others understand
the WHY behind their job, workflows, and tasks, as well as how
they impact other departments, the company, and ultimately the
clients.
Lara is an experienced Leader with a proven ability to turn failing
departments into successful teams. She has led initiatives to define
expectations for team members and departments based on vision, mission,
and core values. She effectively motivates others on all levels in the
achievement of individual and organizational goals.
