Enjoy networking, breakfast, followed by a HR Roundtable. We will discuss current events in HR, any challenges you want to bring to the team, and other topics as the attendees wish to discuss.
Engage in discussions about HR topics and specifically if you wish to share challenges that "a friend" you know is having in their workplace. This is a great opportunity to learn from HR professionals who have been there, done that!

Scott Bowers, SHRM-SCP, MAED, brings over 50 years of progressive experience in all areas of Human Resources. He has gained his experience in large and small organizations in the roles of HR Generalist, Trainer, Employment and Labor Relations leader.
Scott is currently a corporate consultant and trainer. He is heavily involved in the Society of Human Resource Management as the Lake Sumpter SHRM Chapter Certification Chair and the HR Florida State Council Director. Scott was awarded the HR Professional of the year on 2012 by HR Florida.
