One of our favorite speakers is back, Scott Bowers, who will speak about employee discipline.  In this session you will be educated on:

- All aspects of Safety in the workplace
- Managing leadership and their role in the human resources process

Scott Bowers, SHRM-SCP, MAED, brings over 50 years of progressive experience in all areas of Human Resources. He has gained his experience in large and small organizations in the roles of HR Generalist, Trainer, Employment and Labor Relations leader.

Scott is currently a corporate consultant and trainer. He is heavily involved in the Society of Human Resource Management as the Lake Sumpter SHRM Chapter Certification Chair and the HR Florida State Council Director.
